Tai Chi is used for:

    1. General Health and Well-being
    2. Alleviating the symptoms of some illnesses
    3. Self-Defense

If you don't keep up your temple (body), your chi could break channel and you could end up getting ill.
Stress or injury can break chi as well.  The only way to keep the channels flowing
is by keeping the body in shape.  Chi goes through the organs and to every cell of the body.

Tai Chi is soft and used to defend against the hard,
and is weak and is used to defend against the strong.
With Tai Chi you will learn to use your Chi, the energy within your body.
