self defense, self esteem and self discipline. Includes techniques
from Chan Wushu Gung Fu (Shaolin), JKD, Boxing, and Groundfighting

KEMPO KARATE A mixture of "soft" and "hard" styles,
consists of Kempo Karate and Gung Fu, also some JKD.

UKGA SWORD "Samauri Sword" Kenjutsu and Iajutsu
Sword style taught as a part of the UKGA system or separately.
